ASEAN Sales Director

Description

To continue fueling our growth, we are looking for an experienced, high-performing Sales Rep with a hunter’s mindset to expand our sales in the ASEAN region. 

Join a team of top achievers as a key player responsible for building a strong pipeline and closing deals consistently.

In this role, you’ll handle inbound leads, proactively generate outbound leads, and engage with customers and prospects both online and in-person, doing whatever it takes to win them over.

While your primary focus will be on securing new logos, you’ll also have opportunities to grow existing accounts.

*This is a fully remote, IC role, based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage target accounts and prospects to drive customer acquisition and increase usage and spending.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of self-driven approach, and collaboration with our presales and tech teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers and prospects—their business, use cases, needs, objectives, projects, and budgets.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, both F2F and remote processes.
  • Represent Bright Data effectively at all organizational levels, including decision-makers, business users, and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in a sales, with a background in selling to enterprises, SMEs and SMBs in the region
  • 5+ years specializing in B2B SaaS or Cloud solutions sales, specifically to enterprises
  • Experience selling within the ecommerce, retail and travel industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales processes and territory plans.
  • Ability to lead both F2F sales processes, as well as remote sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales targets in the multi-million-dollar range.
  • Ability to engage in business-level discussions with C-suite executives.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, loved by customers

Senior FP&A

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior FP&A. 

This role will focus on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis efforts across the organization. You will play a critical part in driving financial strategy, providing insights into business performance, and ensuring the company meets its financial objectives. You will work closely with senior management, influencing key decisions and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the company’s strategic goals.
  • Participate in preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Work with the CFO and manage the tasks of the team in alignment with him.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and multiple departments to manage commission and compensation structures tied to performance.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, guiding data-driven decisions across the business.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business units to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare financial analysis for senior management and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field - A Must
  • 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - A Must
  • Fluent English - A Must
  • Familiarity of financial statements (mostly P&L and Cash flow)
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Gsheet, Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in collaborating across departments and leading financial initiatives.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Experience in M&A and corporate finance activities is a plus.
  • Managerial experience - Advantage
