We are seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager with proven experience supporting SaaS customers,
particularly in Analytics or eCommerce solutions.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of customer engagement, including support, success, account management, and customer education
Responsibilities
- Overseeing client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support
- Managing comprehensive customer engagement, including support, success, account management, and education
- Working with mid-to-large clients across Europe and Asia
- Expertly handling multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring top-tier service
- Monitoring customer health and delivering valuable insights to improve outcomes
- Supporting clients across diverse industries and regions
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager for SaaS businesses
- Experience working with mid to large clients in Europe and/or Asia
- Strong collaboration experience with Sales and Product teams to drive customer success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical abilities and a customer-first approach
- Native English speaker
- Team-oriented, with a cooperative and adaptable mindset
