Description
We are looking for a hands-on Head of Operations with proven experience in technical project management and customer support, delivering and supporting complex technical solutions to clients around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Project management: Lead end-to-end software delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Team leadership: Mentor and manage both delivery and support teams.
- Technical oversight: Oversee the technical execution, ensuring quality and stability.
- Support and service delivery: Manage support operations, ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvement in support processes.
- Process and performance monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both delivery and support to ensure efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Experience in software delivery, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Strong understanding of PM systems, SQL, BI, Support tools.
- Experience with support processes and performance metrics.
- Customer service and problem-solving skills. Work experience with clients in different industries and geographies
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is often preferred.
